Scott’s love of the industry began as a fry cook at a high-volume restaurant chain while earning his degree at the University of Maryland. In usual form, Scott dove in head first eventually working nearly all staff positions in order to learn as much of the front of house, kitchen, management, and back office business as he could. In-turn, he developed a broad range of operational, leadership, and communication skills.

This dedication and skillset led to a general manager role at several locations, and a move to another prosperous restaurant brand, where he was introduced to Mike V and Dan. And so began their longstanding, successful relationship which continues today.

In 2007 Scott made his official move to our team as an integral part of the opening team of restaurant client, Founding Farmers , which now includes additional locations and sister restaurants such as Farmers Fishers Bakers .

Today, Scott’s role of managing partner builds upon his vast business experience and successful industry relationships to bring VSAG to the next level of client service.

Scott and his team oversee our national and international restaurant and hospitality consulting business, where they successfully collaborate with clients on projects such as high-volume kitchen systems implementations, new restaurant/concept openings, overall operational assessments and takeovers, talent acquisition, recruiting, and more. A perfect fit for this personable, passionate professional.
